The beautiful fox will ponder the situation a few moments before wandering off in search of an easier meal. Having secured the safety of her brood-to-be, the Canada goose will return to the nest to keep her eggs warm.

An Annapolis postmark ties the new six doIlar stamp to the cover. Serial numbers used were 14556 to 14705.
