This is the second cover in the Atlanta booklet issue and has the "Fireworks" Congratulations stamp canceled with official bullseye postmarks.

Against a midnight black night, multi-colored explosions burst in dramatic fashion. All of the lettering in the hand-painted cachet captures a patriotic flavor with a nice use of America's own red, white and blue.

Since this was a ten-stamp booklet issue, many cachetmakers either skipped it or made only one design. Individual cachets for the individual stamp subject matter are relatively scarce, and, of course, "hand-painteds" in this categûiy will Le even wore scarce still.
