Tropical Fish/Seahorse Cachet

Last fall I was waiting in a doctor's office for my son Ryan who was getting his pre-wrestling season physical. There was a feature article in "National Geographic" magazine about seahorses, and I was absolutely amazed. I had never known that they existed in an almost unlimited range of beautiful colors. The exquisite photographs were captivating and stunning. I knew then that someday I would bring a seahorse to my COLLINS Cachets. Now is the time. This dragon-like steed of the deep in tones of red is the central figure in this most colorful of my "Wonders of the Sea" cachets. This completes my mini-set for the "Wonders of the Sea" issue. I saw quite a few covers for these stamps at the Convention and, with all due modesty, I believe that collectively these four COLLINS individually watercolored cachets would present a strong case for "Best of Issue" honors.
