It is hard to believe that this is the tenth cachet in my Christmas Wildlife Series which has become extremely popular with collectors. Each year I do a special Collins Cover with both of the new Christmas stamps. This year's rendition is a really nice one featuring a bull moose in a clump of white birches. Set in a winter habitat in the northwoods, the contrasts achieved by hand painting make this cover a marvelous collectible. The stamps and cachet border add a touch of festive color which, in turn, seems to accent the natural tones of the sturdy, dark bull moose treking through the delicate white birches.
