LEGENDARY FOOTBALL COACHES

Vince "The Old Man" Lombardi

Primarily known for his teams at Green Bag, Vince Lombardi was head Coach of the Packers from 1959 to 1966. 14e led "The Pack" to six divisional titles, five National Football League Championships, and victories in Super Bowls I and U. He was inducted into The Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio in 1971.

He was affectionately known as "The Old Man" by his glory days Packers in the early Sirties. He was tough and always challenging people to make themselves better. Many of the players Lombardi schooled in the art of football went on to become successful businessmen - in large part due to his influence.

My hand-painted cachet features a large portrait of Vince in front of an action pose of his great quarterback - Bart Starr. The gold and green colors of Green Bay plus Vince in watercolor really make this cover one that you must experience first hand. The other coaches that I'll be announcing soon are Paul "Bear" Bryant, Glenn "Pop" Warner, and George "Papa Bear' galas. My sports covers have always been well received and have performed very well on the open market once rm sold out I think this mini-set will be a collector and sports fan favorite, and it starts now with one of the most famous football coaches of them all - the Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers - The "Old Man". Vince Lombardi. Item #52703. $11.75.
