The realistic colors in this hand-painted Tiger cachet make the current "New Year's Collins an outstanding one to own. A three-dimensional effect is achieved by having the big cat's long tail project forward and "out" of the cachet into the margin. The setting is Asia, with bamboo trees adding a bright touch of highlighted color.
