This very special hand painted First Day Cover is one in which I pay tribute to my daughter, Becky. She received her degree in English from Bucicnell University and subsequently became a high school English teacher. Since that time, she has completed a master's degree in education. The cachet is based on the photography appearing on page 114 of my new book and was actually taken in Becky's classroom. Although now married, the photo was taken at the school where she taught for the first three years and was a period in her life which will always foster fond memories.
