Only two more covers remain to be announced after this one in the superb Rain Forest set of ten. Still to come are the beautiful, boldly marked harlequin duck and the elusive winter wren. Collector feedback on the covers sent to date has been excellent, and I'm sure that as these wildlife cachets are sought in the future, you'll be happy to have had the opportunity to secure them now.

This hand painted cachet features the delicate dwarf Oregongrape blossoms. The various shades of goldhued blooms provide a lovely splash of color against the emerald green leaves on the forest floor. Nearby, a snail-eating ground beetle scurries across a patch of native grass. Adding an extra small touch to the scene are tiny drops of dew that slowly drip into a pool of water from the leaves that have collected them.
