The unusual and very attractive stamp on this cover is a high-value $3.20 hologram that shows the International Space Station. It is tied to the cover with a first day of issue bullseye postmark from Pasadena, California. The hand painted cachet is a beauty as it has a wonderful rendition of the Space Station as it orbits above the earth. In my last sale, a cover from this series (W3201 — one dollar Pentagon stamps) realized $197, and I think this one will be in the same neighborhood.
