FEDERAL EAGLE

From the days of the American Revolution comes this patriotic hand painted cachet. It is based on the famous "Spirit of '76" image that beckons back to that time in our history when citizen-soldiers picked up their muskets and fought for independence. The stamp is the new printed design that is used on a standard 6-3/4" envelope. To complement that stamp, I've added an early eagle at the lower right which is reminiscent of those renditions used during Colonial times.
