This hand painted cachet speaks for itself. The design is a classic pose for our American eagle. The majestic bird holds in his talons a shield, arrows, and an olive branch. The watercolors bring out to perfection the natural look of the body feathers and the distinctive white head from which the "bald" eagle derived its name. The whole scene is framed by a red, white, and blue ribbon.
