Longleaf Pine Forest

Grass-Pink Orchid

Eastern Chipmunk

Continuing my series of the Pine Forest stamps, this hand painted cachet features the lovely Grass-Pink Orchid. A close-up of this beautiful wildflower shows a full bloom in colorful display, as well as several buds and delicate leaves. To add appeal and scale to the scene, I've added an Eastern Chipmunk busily consuming an indigenous nut. The shades I chose for this cachet are quite brilliant and striking.

I'm pleased to present the Longleaf Pine Forest Grass-Pink Orchid/Eastern Chipmunk. Collins #M3508 $12.25.
