Happy Birthday

Collins Cover Announcement

Happy Birthday

This is definitely a "feel good" cachet, and you will enjoy having it in your collection very much A youngster is dressed as a clown and waves the wand of an aspiring magician. His pet dog has been dressed for the occasion with a colorful ruffled collar, but his eyes betray the fact that he is much more interested in the cupcake being held before him than the playful antics of his young master.

Cheerfulness abounds in this hand painted cachet • the vivid multi-colored letters in the new stamp • the brightness of a rainbow array of Birthday balloons • the flamboyant clown attire of the youthful magician • and the whimsical expression of the cute puppy as he eyes the tempting candle-crested cupcake.

I'm pleased to present my upbeat cachet for the new Happy Birthday issue. Collins #I3501 - $12.25.
