2006 Lunar New Year Stamps

Year of the Snake

Amongst the bamboo shoots, a deadly cobra with hood flared rises up in the strike position. The detail on the snake is excellent, and the watercolors make this a most interesting hand painted First Day Cover. Collector feedback on this "close-up" set of New Year covers has been very gratifying, and I'm pleased to present the next one— Year of the Snake. Collins #R4006 —$13.25.
