Beetle Bailey

I'm pleased to offer this first of five comics in the "Sunday Funnies" mini-set of five. Beetle Bailey is the first one, and it has been a long-time favorite. The strip has been running since September of 1950 and is set in a fictional U.S. military base. Private Bailey, who is on the lazy side, likes to avoid work. My hand painted cachet shows Beetle about to sit on a plunger connected to some dynamite sticks held by Sarge. You can be sure that all of the characters survived this potential disaster as this much loved comic strip is destined to run for many years to come.

Now available — Beetle Bailey of Sunday Funnies fame. Collins #W4701 — $14.00.
