This cover begins a mini-set of four for this young, fictional deer who was called upon to lead Santa's team on a foggy Christmas Eve-with his bright red nose providing a beacon through the bad weather. The individually hand painted cachets will feature Rudolph and other characters from the animated TV special from 1964.

The first cover features his girlfriend, Clarice, as the two young deer are shown staring at each other in a love-struck pose. Note details such as Clarice's eyebrows and small bow and Rudolph's button antlers and, of course, red nose. Two little bunnies add a nice touch. This is a very colorful and light-hearted set of Christmas covers and will be a delightful addition to your collection.
