As customers and household cooks flock to farmers markets across the country, in addition to vegetables, fruit, baked goods, dairy products and other foodstuff, they seek a wide variety of spices and herbs to enhance their recipes. This individually hand painted cachet is a real beauty as it pictures tarragon, garlic, basil, chamomile, and dill. A young girl combines ingredients in a small mixing bowl which will be used in a traditional homemade family meal.

The four stamps in this issue were colorful and really well designed. I wanted my Collins covers to be the absolute best by any cachetmaker. When you place these covers side by side and consider both the artistic designs and the incredible hand painting, it is my belief that the goal was obtained.
