This is the third cover in a fascinating series. As with the previously offered cachets, this one also has two of the

diminutive life forms. The creatures actually glow as they make their way through black waters far below the surface.

At the upper left is the "firefly" life form. Its coloring has a wonderful visual impact with yellow, red, green, and purple all sharing prominently in the kaleidoscope effect. It makes a great presentation on the individually hand painted cachet.

The "blue bamboo coral" life form is at the lower right. It's an interesting contrast to the "firefly'' as the color blue does not appear in the latter. Bamboo and coral refer to its appearance and, again, is a nice contrast to the compact and colorful firefly.

When holding each of these envelopes in narural or artrficial light, it is fun to tilt the surface and watch the new stamps shimmer and glow. Now ready are the bioluminescent firefly and blue bamboo coral. Collins #O5703 at $15.00.
