This is the final mountain flower in my mini-set of four. It joins the Wood Lily, The Wood's Rose. and the Pasqueflower, all of which have already been offered. Also known as the Snow Bunercup, this Alpine flower blooms at the snow line. For my, setting, I chose the Wallowa Mountains of Oregon. Its preferred habitat is in the high grassy meadows near melting snow. The flowering period is determined by the timing of the snow-melt. Snow-melt.
