1990 WISCONSIN

After the unusual cachets for New York and Florida, I am returning with the Wisconsin issue to a more traditional design -- a pair of Redheads flying high above a remote lake. What makes this cachel so appealing is both the close proximity of the ducks lending to fine detail and the distant lake, shore, and clouds that give the scene a dramatic setting.

Serial numbers were 001001 to 001297. Not used were numbers l081-, 1088, 1174, 1200, 1206, 1215, 12L7,

1263 and 1292.
