1990 MISSOURI

Affixing the various stamps in a careful arrangement allowed for a different type of hand-painted cachet a weathered decoy sign. Beneath is a partially completed carving with wood chisels and chips scattered about.

The Duck stamp is large and bold and joins the related postage stamps in nice contrast to the envelope and cachet. Serial numbers used were 1201 through 1492 except 1206, 1226, 1231, 1348 and 1349.
