1990 VERMONT

An early snow has blanketed the Vermont countryside as four Green-Wing Teal soar above a covered bridge. 0ld Man Winter is descending on New England and migratory birds are heading south. A buff colored envelope adds to the visual impacl of the white snow. There were 294 covers produced for this issue.
