1991 GEORGIA

A green-winged teal has been startled and abruptly takes off from the blue/green water of a cattail swamp. The tiered, hand-painted cachet wraps around the stamps and cancel. The red in the state flag stamp contrasts attractively with the many blues and greens.

Seiial numbers used were 50-000L01 through 460 except for 289, 406, and 407.
