One of the rarest of all Collins cancel varieties, there were only 30 produced with the Washington, D.C. USPS Philatelic Center pictorial postmark, and it ties a plate number single to the envelope.

An additional single has a large bullseye New York City day of issue postmark. Only thirty of this Collins variety exist.
