This is an exciting Collins cover that has a spectacular error which to this day I don't know how it occurred. The cachet for the H101 Collins CAPEX cover is one of two mallard ducks taking off. Only 157 were produced. Somehow one of my moose cachet envelopes got into the mallard group and got a plate number souvenir sheet with the awesome U.S. Star and Canadian Maple Leaf oval cancel. The sheet has all eight of the Wildlife stamps. If you would like a unique, one-of-a-kind Collins, this is for you. Hard to even guess at the potential future value of this cover
