I really love the topic of this new set and wanted my Collins cacahets to be something special. The set is presented on

six covers, and the oval shape of each cachet works reaily well. ln addition to the individual waterfall, each cachet also depicts the state tree and state flower. Each and every envelope is individually hand painted in beautiful watercolors. The two new stamps are placed in the center and have the first day of issue bullseye postmark.

The two stamps on the first cover are for Niagara Falls in New York and Harrison Wright Falls in Pennsylvania. The format is perfect for presenting each of the waterfalls in this lovely set of twelve. The subject matter is very pleasing and, when you add the state flowers and state trees, the complete illustration is a testament to the scope and beauty of Mother Nature.

World-famous Niagara is one of the two featured falls on this Collins cover. It is located at the border between Canada and the United States. The impressive waterfalls are located in both countries' territory and are a magnet to tourists, especially honeymooners.

Harrison Wright Falls is in Kitchen Creek, Pennsylvania. The water drops over a wide ledge creating a curtain of

cascades. A large. serene pool is formed at the base. It is located in Richard Glen State Park which has twenty-two

named waterfalls. Giant pines, hemlocks, and oaks provide a beautiful setting for these falls along the stream.

A personal observation. These picturesque, oval Collins covers will become very sought-after Collins covers. Do not miss adding them to your collection. Waterfalls have almost univeral appeal and when you add hand painted state flowers and trees, it is a combination that's hard to beat.
