I believe this is the first time this cover has appeared in my sales. A plate number pair is tied to the envelope with a Kansas City first day of issue postmark. One of the new stamps shows the Virginia Rotunda, and my hand painted cachet shows Thomas Jefferson at his sketch board. The opposite pair has a truly beautiful large magenta day of issue bullseye from Jefferson City. This is a Classic Collins cover from 1979, and it almost never comes up for sale.
