Over the years I have shown a couple of seeing-eye dogs on my cachets, but this is the first time that a Black Lab makes such an appearance. These guide dogs are invaluable to persons with impaired vision -and have greatly- increased the quality of life for thousands upon thousands of individuals. Guide dogs are trained at a facility in nearby Morristown, New Jersey, where dedicated trainers prepare each animal for its critical life's work.
