This delightful individually hand painted cachet is the first of four Christmas Gingerbread covers. It pictures a gingerbread man and a gingerbread woman flanking — you guessed it — a gingerbread tree. All are adorned with icing and beaded candies.

Adding to the seasonal theme are two groups of multi-colored canes. All of the sweets are under a snowy roof which adds just a touch of winter. The four gingerbread houses that appear on the new stamps were each given a different colored door. This one is
