1991 VIRGINIA

A gentle swell on the Chesapeake Bay finds canvasback ducks riding the smal1 waves. The blue/green water provides a pretty setting and you can note the Bay Bridge on the stamp. A large Richmond bullseye is the First Day postmark.

The state of Virginia did not provide me with consecutive serial numbers. 307 MILFORDS were produced and numbers used fall between 9661 and 10 , 222.
