1991 MISSISSIPPI

An attractive and different cover resulted from my 1991  effort in Mississippi. The stamps were affixed in an unusual format to accommodate the special Jackson cancel. The stamp shows a black lab, two decoys and flying ducks. Keeping with this theme, the hand-painted cachet depicts a decoy in the lower left with three canvasbacks winging by a black retriever.

Seria} numbers used were 1321 through 1630.
