1991 WISCONSIN

This is the first MILFORD to employ the vertical format. In this case, the fence post in the foreground dictates the perspective and depth as the barbed wire fence runs along a country lane. Since Wisconsin is the "Dairy State", I thought a bright red barn would provide a nice opportunity for color and locale. A pair of green-winged teal huddle in the lane.

My trip to Wisconsin stands out vividly in my memory as I love the view flying in to Madison with water on almost aII sides. A very nice "Capitol Station" First Day postmark ties the stamps to the cover.

Serial numbers used were 641 to 950. This is a corrected form and replaces one that inadvertently listed the serial numbers of Mississippi.
