1991 RHODE ISLAND

A red clad hunter watches from the reeds as his black lab springs into action. The dog is on his way to retrieve and jumps into the lake past woodduck decoys floating on the water's surface.

This was a memorable trip made so by the congenial

cooperation of both the State Conservation Department and the Philatelic people at the Providence Post Office. A solid postmark with killer bars provides the First Day cancel. Serial numbers used were 9001 to 9310.
